We are a local team of instructors, all of whom are highly trained specialists. OUR FACILITIES
THE MAIN DOJO
The 1500 sq ft main training hall is offered fully and permanently matted with 40mm thick SAMA grappling mats, padded walls, assorted Escrima sticks, kicking shields, focus mitts, Bokkens, Jo and Bo’s.
THE SMALL DOJO
The 1000 sq ft smaller training hall is fully matted. Although it is smaller it is idea for one-to-one sessions and personal training.
There is a free standing frame with nine assorted punch bags, a large climbing frame, a wide range of Swiss balls, kettle bells, focus mitts, kicking shields, medicine balls, dumbbells, Olympic free weights & assorted cable pulley machines.
THE THERAPY ROOM
There is a generous range of Sports Massage, Massage & osteopathy offered to you by fully qualified and experienced therapists.

CHANGING FACILITIES
Ample male and female changing and toilet facilities are available at the Academy in warm comfortable surroundings.
CAR PARKING FACILITIES
There is ample free parking available for approximately forty cars.
