Mick’s Evolution Circuit Training is based on a combination of plyometrics, calisthenics, interval training, explosive movements and spartan type training.

About the class
Classes are conducted using all of the very latest equipment including kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls, gymnastic rings, tractor and lorry tyres, sledge hammers, power bags and heavy ropes.

After only a few weeks of dedicated intensive training at Unity combat circuit training you can expect to be more explosive, fitter, a leaner body, have better power generation, have improved balance, and improved anaerobic capacity.
